Screen Pop and Attaching data

I need some documentations or reference on how to create Screen Pop and Attache data with Genesys.

Did anyone have a book or a web site to recommand?

What's your configuration? Do you not have the documentation??

I'm on Genesys TServer 5. The documentation that I have is the Desktop Toolkit ActiveX Interface 5.1 (Developer's Guide). That document provides an overview of the Desktop Toolkit ActiveX Interface telephony controls, and a description of the events, methodes and properties.

What I need, it's to know how to create Screen Pop, because it is not explain in the documentation that I have got.

I have done screen pops using Starter App under VB, you need to be more specific about what apps you are going to pop up, email me at alo8a@hotmail.com and I'll see how I can help you...

You can use Genesys starter app as an example. Needless to say, you will need to have basic VB or VC skills to be able to implement it.

Do you want to just show the information attached to the call, or are you trying to use attacheddata to access something in DB and show that?
