Description
Echopass is seeking a highly motivated individual to work as a member of the Provisioning team who will focus on Genesys IRD/GVP Development. This fast paced and rewarding position allows the selected individual the autonomy to work unsupervised and to assume responsibility for the routing strategies and IVR/GVP environment used by our customers.
The individual selected will:
Develop custom routing strategies in Genesys IRD per a defined specification. The routing strategies will interact with GVP for IVR functionality.
Develop Voice Self-Service applications using GVP.
Troubleshoot and optimize customer routing strategies and voice applications.
Requirements
Must have 2-3 years applicable IRD/GVP/IVR and/or VXML experience
Genesys certifications preferred
Experience with IVR/VXML (Voice Applications)
Experience with RDBMS (SQL Server 2000/2005)
Experience with Genesys CTI 7.5
Experience with GVP development
Experience with Genesys Studio
Experience with Genesys IRD and writing complex multi-level routing strategies
Highly self motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail.
Be able to work without supervision providing leadership and support to others on the team.
Ability to take projects to completion with minimal supervision.
Work Conditions
Sitting for extended periods of time.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle other computer components.
Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
Little travel expected.
