Genesys TServer not receiving calls

Using a Siemens Hicom 300 switch and have 4 dedicated numbers through T1 to send to one extension. I am trying to add 3 more extensions, but when I try to test one of the new extensions, it keeps sending the call to the old extension (1st one created). Genesys has no control of the new extensions. Anyone know of what could be causing this problem? (Callbridge, Siemens switch, or Genesys)

  • Have you configured the 3 new extensions as Extension type DNs in the Genesys Configuration Manager and clicked the Register checkbox on each? Genesys only receives events from the switch on objects that are configured within Genesys and Genesys has registered with the switch to receive events for.
