  • Hallo Mr Cavagnaro

    Thank you for your Tipp.

Probably a very easy question but i can't seem to get TRoute to work. What do i have to put in the fields in order to make it work? I've looked at the docs, but they don't give me the info i'm looking for

    Myphon number is: 078787654
    My Dnis is: 100987654
    My Switch is: Kunde_Direktion_test

    So step by step :

1.On the first field (destination) i put the DN

2.Location (it says a statserver in documentation, but i don't want to use that right?), don't know what to fill in

3.Route Type, i've put this on RouteTypeDirect

4.DNIS, i've left this blank, but i guess i should put the DN here as well??

    Please clear this up.
    ;D ;D ;D

  • I am creating a voice strategy where we want to send a call to an external cell phone number based on some conditions.

I have tried to use TRoute function, but have not been successful.

Can this be done, if so how?

  • Hi,

Not 100% sure but TRoute can be used to route a call to DN (extension on switch) only.

    Workaround:
Create an extension and configure forwarding to external cell number on that extension. Then route your call to that extension using TRoute function. Do some testing before using it in the production.
