Call Concentrator Purging

Hi Folks,

I am hoping someone has some experience of setting up the SQL scripts required to purge the Call Concentrator database (MSSQL).

From the Genesys documentation it would appear that they don't provide such scripts. Unfortunately my SQL skills are very limited so if anyone can provide any assistance on this it would be greatly appreciated.
