I am trying to set contact DB to use AccountNumber instead of Phone number as the Primary Seach attributes and also to create New contact.

I created  on Annex tab on Media type = voice  the following
Section
contact-searchable-attributes
Values
AccountNumber = level=0,mandatory=TRUE
PhoneNumber = level=1,mandatory = False
Section
contact-minimum-attributes-set
Values
AccountNumber
Also on Contact Attributes On AccountNumber Option i set it to is-searchable

On the routing strategy I attached  business attritubes AccountNumber = IVR_ANI (Ivr enter ani)

Note
On GAD
Business Attribute AccountNumber is Fill in with Right Data
Also in the Contact DB PANE if i create a new contact that the Account field is displaced and aslo i can Edit and save information.
Issue:
When i make a call and enter the IVR ANI the data is not a polulated in Contact DB Account number Field.Also if i enter an account number wich i manually entered in GAD as new contact.On arrival of the call GAD display no contact.

I also tried to add an Update contact strategy to update passed parameters (Business Attributes:AccountNumber to Contact Attritbutes:Accountnumber )  that also did not work .

Please let me know if what i am trying to do is possible and any guide line of How to.
