Hi, can someone please explain to me why nom would not work? In CME our nom is connected to tserver A and tserver B. Both of these tservers are connected to each other as well in connections tab. Every dn for both of these tservers has [nacd] option with nom=on in it.

Yet, whebn call arrives to the agent on a second tserver, connid is different from the connection id generated by the first tserver.

We are using version 5.1.0.18. Help, please!

NOM does not make the connids consistent. It allows attached data to be carried on the call from switch to switch. You need External Router to get the Connids to remain the same.
