Is there an option in CME to predefine skill level

Hi all,
when moving agents from one working segment to another, the supervisors should select desired skills and skill level. The skill level in our case is always the same - 10. So I am wondering if there is an option to skip selecting skill level or an option to predefine it from now on to same value -10. 10Q in advance. :)

I believe it is possible to apply automation scripts when adding an Agent to an Agent Group, to ensure they have the right Skills applied but I do not believe that that is standard in the CME Application.

I do not believe there are any standard settings which can be applied to ensure an Agent is given the right Skill level, for any Skill applied within CME.

You can apply a blanket update to various Object Types using the "Multiple Objects Update Wizard" in later versions of CME, which might help you...
