You know, I have been looking at number of hits in May, and I am not sure what even to say 210K and counting. And what is really interesting about this, is that actually these are the hits made by users like you and me. Amazed is not going to even start to describe how I feel.
With more hits come more responsibilities, so I have asked some of the people I know who are really good with Genesys to help me with answering some of the questions here. My gosh, I have noticed that some of the topics are already way beyond anything that I know, so I better catch up and do it fast, before someone notices it!

Seriously, though, I had several very interesting email from people who have asked me to start banning posts from certain regions with India being on the top of their list. I cannot re-iterate it strongly enough - I believe that it would be detrimental for all of us if we start to exclude any particular group of Genesys professionals due to who they work for, where they work or how much they work for. We are all in it together, and it would not serve any of us to start discriminating any one group.
I think I speak for most of us when I say that flow of ideas should not be constrained or constricted. Instead, by keeping the forum accessible to each and every Genesys professional out there, we will continue to rip the most benefit of such a venture while challenging ourselves to keep on growing and being better than we were yesterday.
Very truly yours in mind and Genesys CTI attach-data,
Vic
P.S. Needless to say, this does not apply to head-hunters
