Hi!

Does anyone know what sort of serverID string genesys g3 simulator expects to receive from t-server?
seriously, I have been trying pretty much everything, and nothing would work!

AVAYA#G3_SWITCH#CSTA#SIMU is as good as I could make it. Can anyone tell me what can possibly be wrong?

  • I assume you mean the id configured in the link section of TServer? If so I don't think the simulator cares what value you use. All of mine are "7" iirc.

The serverID you state is a TSAPI server ID - Genesys does not connect to G3 via TSAPI  - it uses DLG.

You will need a DLG link on your MAPD/AES - then configure IP Address and Port (port 5678) to link TServer to MAPD/AES
