Dear Genesys professionals (and other animals),

as of today, our site has gained its one-thousandth registered user. This is nothing short of breath-taking and speaks volumes of the importance Genesys CTI User Forum is playing in Genesys CTI community. With over 250,000 hits a month, 12,000 plus posts and a community of dedicated Genesys CTI engineers, managers, supervisors, and operators answering each other questions, we are simply delighted of the impact this site has had on each of our our lives.

From resolving licensing issues in Florida to discussing of integrating Genesys with Asterisks in Japan, Genesys CTI Forum has become number one resource for Genesys online community outside the traditional Genesys website. We are always trying to improve on our forum, making it more in tune with the needs of the community, and would like to hear your thoughts on how we can make things even better. So, no idea is too small or too big. After all, chances are we all need it, but are just not able to formulate it into something concise. Together though, with an idea here, a suggestion there, a comment from Pavel and blast or two from Tony followed by retort from Cavagnaro, nothing is no longer impossible. Except for making Genesys license a bit cheaper, perhaps or finding a girlfriend for Pavel!  :P

Once again, thank you for all your hard work in making what used to be a simple flat-file one screen BBS into the most visited Genesys resource on the Net: a community, gathered together for one purpose and that purpose only - making our lives easier, one attach-data at-a-time!

Your friendly Genesys CTI Forum Administration Team

I'm happy to say that, after all this time (and I really can't remember when I started here - but it's not really 1970..!) I am still enthused and intrigued by the questions and answers which are posed on this site.  A mine of information is in these pages - all searchable, too!

I help not only because I like to be helpful (? ;) ) but it certainly keeps me focused on the relative progression made with the products, solutions and some of the ingenious uses (and mis-uses....!) we all have within this vast-reaching community...

It's a pleasure to be here and let's keep it up, everyone - it would be nothing without you all! :) :) :)

Tony

You know, Tony, it sure feels like it has been a very long time. Not sure if it is 1970 as some of the posts have been suggesting, but I am sure it has been at least a day. Or two. All I know is that there has been quite a few developments with Genesys CTI and I am trying desperately to stay on top of them. What is for certain, is that quite a few people on this forum are light years beyond what I know right now, and many a time I have to quietly google and search and ask around in order to understand their reply to my questions.

Genesys came a long way from its original Nortel M-Link release. I just wish I was a bit smarter and needed to sleep less so that I could stay on top of things. :-\
