as of today, our site has gained its one-thousandth registered user. This is nothing short of breath-taking and speaks volumes of the importance Genesys CTI User Forum is playing in Genesys CTI community. With over 250,000 hits a month, 12,000 plus posts and a community of dedicated Genesys CTI engineers, managers, supervisors, and operators answering each other questions, we are simply delighted of the impact this site has had on each of our our lives.
From resolving licensing issues in Florida to discussing of integrating Genesys with Asterisks in Japan, Genesys CTI Forum has become number one resource for Genesys online community outside the traditional Genesys website. We are always trying to improve on our forum, making it more in tune with the needs of the community, and would like to hear your thoughts on how we can make things even better. So, no idea is too small or too big. After all, chances are we all need it, but are just not able to formulate it into something concise. Together though, with an idea here, a suggestion there, a comment from Pavel and blast or two from Tony followed by retort from Cavagnaro, nothing is no longer impossible. Except for making Genesys license a bit cheaper, perhaps or finding a girlfriend for Pavel!
