Avaya Progessive Outbound call released

Hello,

Having a problem withou outbound progressive mode
Requestmakepredictivecall is send on VDN
EventDialing is made
But then EvenReleased is generated.

Problem seems to be on Avaya side as I get this message
TP_AsaiData
RELEASE_COMPLETE  CRV:857c
Facility: INVOKE
InvokeId: 2
Operation: TP_CallEnded
Cause: C_INVLDNUM
CallID[1]: 11352

However, I attach a strategy on this VDN routing to externlal number using TRoute, it works (I use the same number as the one in the calling list).

Any idea why it is not working, is it something relqted to core?

What do you get if you dial the number from an extension? Does that happen with any number? What about the public_network_access_code option?

Thanks for the answer.
Yes, I can reach the number from any extension
I can even reach it from the VDN if I use a strategy with TRoute.

As for the option you are talking aboutm As I put network access code directly in the number in the calling list (it is 0), I think I do not have to configure this option, but I will try it nevertheless.

Don'you think it can be something at the pbx side?

Using the TRoute function is not the same, since it forces the routing; what it happens with the MakePredictiveCall is instead a VDN dialing the number passed from Tserver. So yeah, it may be a pbx issue if it happens with any number and if it can be reached from an extension; yes also to your second question, if you add the access code in the number, you don't need to configure it as an option.
What you can do now is checking the COR on the VDN the dial the number; usually it doesn't have the correct permissions set, but in that case I usually got errors like C_NORMAL_UNSPECIF or C_PERM_DENIED.

Hello

Thanks for the answer.
I am actually struggling to have some export of the cor we use.
I do not even know if it is possible to export a cor.
Perhaps you have some clue on it too?

Perhaps you even have some example of export of a cor that works?

Perhaps you also know if some licenses have to be installed on pbx side that would be specific for outbound.
Unfortunately, I do not manage to get this information from the customer.

Perhaps still you have some technical documentation about avaya that I could check.

Unfortunatly I don't have it..but the COR of the VDN used to place the calls and of the ASAI station should allow dialing external numbers. Hope it helps..
