Here is the error that I have received when t_svr is trying to register the DN..

Am trying to register the DN 88386 in the switch which returns the negative registration as the output...Any advises will be really appreciated.

Hi Ash,

could you please restart your Tserver and post the log from the startup? Which kind of DN is 88386 on the Avaya switch?

Thanks for responding... I may not restart the T_svr as this will affect the business as our site is supported 24x7.

my 88386 is an extension in both CME and avaya switch.

C_SERV_UNAVIL occurs when the call/device is being monitored by another adjunct. Please verify the same.
