You need to apply any required Statistics into the Options Section of the associated StatServer and restart it.

Statistical definitions are available in the StatServer Deployment Guide, from the Genesys Support portal.

Usually, statistic definitions come with Genesys products. For example, when you install outbound, it allows you to install the outbound part of the stats.

What stats are you missing? I am guessing outbound, right?

...can you export one of the stats and put a copy here...?  Something like this:

[TotalNumberInboundCalls]
Objects=RegDN, Agent, Place, GroupAgents, GroupPlaces
Category=TotalNumber
Subject=DNAction
Formula=DistByConnID
MainMask=CallInbound

Ok,

this should be easy :)

Uhm, did you install the basic reporting? :) Or did you go for historical first? :)

I became to worck 1 month ago and now I only canconect with stat server across CCPUlse I haven't ssh conection or ftp conection.

Inmediatly I have only one function with ccpuls, the real time reporting and an other function with Hyperium Historical reporting.

Before this work I was working with Oracle D. B and Operating Systems

Only can give you this information from CCPus statistics

Statistical type: TotalNumberCallsAband
Interval tipe Growing
Notification Mode Time Based
Category TotalNumber
Subject DNAction
Main Mask Call abandoned
Rel Mask:

this is all

Thanks Mat - I can see that you are copying the information from a CCPulse Template.

CCPulse takes it's statistical definitions/information from the StatServer it is attached to.  If you need to add new Statistics, you need to add them to the StatServer, so that they are available as statistics in CCPulse.  Have a look at "environmental information" in your CCPulse application - it should give you the name of the StatServer you are connected to...

If you can; go to your Configuration Manager (CME) application and look under "Environment">"Applications" - then search the sub-folders for the name of the StatServer.  Open the StatServer Object from within the Configuration Manager (CME).  In the Options Tab of the StatServer Object you will see the names (and definitions) of all of the statistics available when using this particular StatServer.  If the statistic you need to display in CCPulse does not exist in this list, you need to add the new statistics into this section of the StatServer.

As an example of a "current" statistic (which generally only works with real-time applications, such as CCPulse);

[CurrentNumberInboundCalls]
Objects=RegDN, Agent, Place, GroupAgents, GroupPlaces
Category=CurrentNumber
Subject=DNAction
Formula=DistByConnID
MainMask=CallInbound

Formula is Optional

- Once you have updated the StatServer Options with your new statistics, you will need to restart the StatServer application (wherever it is installed).  When you do this, all of the statistics being broadcast will reset to zero - so make sure you do this when the call centre is closed (or directly after your statistics reset to zero (usually 00:00))

I do not know which new "current" statistics you need - if you can list them here, I can put in the settings for you.

I hope this helps?

No problem Mat - we all have to start somewhere;

Notification Mode: There are 4 modes for Notification, in real time reporting - each of them indicates the way in which updates to the statistic are applied:

>Time-Based - You can set a period of time when the statistic is updated.
>Change-Based - Any time the statistic changes, it is updated.
>No Notification - Switches off updates to the statistic.
>Reset-Based - (works with the Time Profile "Growing") - Updates statistics prior to a reset.

Filters: These can be defined to extract various items associated with a call/interaction and are used to count them, individually.  An interaction can have various attached data items applied to it, through the Routing - these are known as Key-Value Pairs (KVP).  A KVP can be applied to a Filter Name and that Filter Name can then be applied to a Statistic.  For example:

Routing attaches a piece of data called "CustomerValue" - this is the Key - the acceptable entries are "High", "Medium" and "Low" - these are the Values.

A Filter can then be created, which extract the Key and the Value of the data available on the Interaction. This detail is applied to the StatServer Options>Filters.  An example is;

CustomerValueHigh=PairExist("CustomerValue","High")
