Purging of inactive accounts

Dear Genesys CTI Users ( & Pavel, Tony)

it is time for that dreaded October cleaning, and so we took the brush and mop and deleted accounts that have been inactive for over 500 days. We took extra care in going through each account to ensure that we do not delete someone who is relying on RSS for most of their daily Genesys "hit"; however, as with everything else in life, there are never any guarantees. So, if for some reason you find yourself unable to login - please notify us immediately and we will rebuild the account accompanied by profuse apologies.

Sincerely,

Genesys CTI Forum Administration Team

P.S. As you might have already suspected any accounts that were inadvertently deleted are responsibility of Cavagnaro. And we all know how lazy some of those Brazilians are!  :P

Dear Administrator team,

There is this post on the genesys parser that was copied from another forum:
topic,1062.0.html

I keep getting mails from people who would like to have the parser, and i don't have it anymore. Could you please suppress the thread because it is at least 5 years old.

Thx

Joel

Uhm, can I just say no to your kind request and leave it at that?

I think you have generated the highest number of "me too!!!" I have seen ever since people started saying that have slept with Paris Hilton :)
