    can you change DBserver filed of logDAP from "LOGDBSERVER"  to [none]  in the general tab.
    Is it throwing you an scee016 error?

  • Well according to Genesys this is a lack of some parameter...seems very frequent on 6.5 version. Again, ask Genesys directly.

  • Only thing I can think of - make sure your Config Manager and Configuration Server are the same major version. 7.5 - 7.5, etc.  I have seen some rather hard to find issues when this is not the case, including DAPS which did not work properly.
