Hi

Did anyone encountered Dr Watson for "ur_server.exe" application after the IVR port become "onhook"
I am running NT Server 4. SP6 and using G6.1 framework/routing
Would appreciate any advice.
Thanks.

Hi

Managed to solved the issue today. Realised that it happens when the Routing StatServer is trying to access the database after the IVR port went "onhook". This only happens when we did a migrate of the old database of ver 5.1 to ver 6.1

To me, i would think that something went wrong during the migration of the database and when the new enterprise routing solution took over the routing, Routing StatServer encountered errors accessing the database and the UR_Server.exe could not understand the error and out comes the "Dr Watson"

So we did a fresh install without the migrate of the old 5.1 database, and everything went fine.

I am using Siemens Hicom 350E with CSTA 4.1 with Periphonic IVR.
This error does not involve IVR as i did not fire up the IVR interface Server/Driver.

Hope this info will be helpful to someone. :>

Thanks for the reply Vic.

  • Zewt,

I did not encounter any problems.

What swtich are you using? Also, what IVR and driver? Are you doing any attach data?

Also, do you mean to say that IVR is hanging up WHILE call is being handled by URS? In that case, are you routing a consult call?
