Hi,

On Avaya S8720 with TServer 7.5 - is it possible to disable agent-no-answer-action for a specific range of Agents or RoutePoints?

I want to use it on some but not on others, but I'm kind of thinking this isn't possible...

Cheers,

Ben

Hi,

Although it is not described in Avaya documentation, but you can try to configure parameters 'no-answer-action', 'no-answer-overflow', 'no-answer-timeout' on AgentLogin object on Annex tab in TServer section.
I'm not sure if it will work, because I didn't tested them before - but its good to try.
If those option are common for all TServers they should overide TServer options ('agent-no-answer-X').
