NICE with SIP Server

HI,

I'm wondering if anybody prepared before recording solution based on NICE Perform on Genesys SIP Server. I have a little problem which is related to configuration where NICE sniffes all RTP stream and record those which are related to calls established on agent.
Everything works fine if in nice I set static relation between extension and IP address of it, but when I want to use DHCP I have to use parameters RTP-Password and SendPrivateServiceRequest. I set rtp-info-password on SIP Server and both above parameters of NICE but In SIP Server logs I see following message: '15:56:58.804 rtp monitoring: request rejected, password is not provided.' I suppose that problem is related to request sent by NICE which doesn't have information about password:

15:56:58.803 Trc 04541 RequestPrivateService received from [20] (000001f6 NiceGenesysCTILink X.X.X.X:2764)
message RequestPrivateService
AttributePrivateMsgID 2
AttributeThisDN '48509'
AttributeReferenceID 5
15:56:58.803 Int 04543 Interaction message "RequestPrivateService" received from 20 ("NiceGenesysCTILink")

but I don't know if there shoud be Extension section or UserData section and what there should be.

I hope that someone could help me with it.

Regards

I have just found out that NICE should send AttributeExtension called 'RTP-PASSWORD', but it doesn't. Mayby somebody know what I should to set on NICE side to instruct it to send this password?

And in DHCP you can't declare reservations for the sets? Would be like static IP Addresses but provided by DHCP.

Hi Cav,

Yes I know - but sometimes customer requests kill us :(. "There must be DHCP!!!"
But beside that - we found problem with NICE - which doesn't provide mandatory data during registering in Genesys - so we reported problem on NICE site.

??? I on your side will tell "Is it mandatory to have fixed IP Address, your DHCP can get a pool of static relays" and will put that as a requirement for the installation.
Sometimes it is not good to try to do all what customer wants.
