Anybody have done any integration between Periphonic IVR, Genesys T-Server and Ericsson MD110 switch? I have this weird problem where when ever a call being transfer by an agent to the IVR the call get connected and released. When i restarted the AppLink and T-Server it will work for the first time and subsequently it connect and release. Below part of the log showing the event:
