GVP V8.0 and SIP Server

Hello,

Has anybody out there integrated GVP V8.0 with SIP Server yet?

Is it really necessary to have Multi-Tenant config server for GVP V8.0? GVP 8.0 only supports a single-tenant configuration anyway, so why does it need MultiTenant Config-Server?

I only have single tenant only framework in my lab system.

I cannot get the ResourceManager of GVP to select an application using DNIS
Resource Manager always looks for the IVR Profile (even when using Treatment) in the tenant called Resouorces. In Genesys Adminstrator I can see that the IVR-Profiles are all stored in the tenant called "Environment".

Also when I use a DN of type "VoIP Service" and a "PlayApplication" Treatment in routing strategy with the URL of the voice app Resource Manager still tries to map DNIS to IVR-Profile.

Any ideas?
