Is there some way I can prohibit users from messing up the CCPulse views and save them. I have set them as User under application rank for CCPulse in CME, but they still can save...

You can set up a shared drive where CCPulse storage file is stored and make it read only.
Or you can create an access group for CCPulse read only.

    • Save the files in a shared area which they only have read-only access to. 

    This still lets users create their own views while protecting the offical reports.

    Is it protected the of the OS?
    Is a write possible in a folder of Storage files?
