Hold Treatment on Aspect ACd

Hello All,

New to the forum, as a registered user, been lurking for a while.  I've been working with Genesys for many years but recently completed an implementation with an Aspect ACD.  The project involved Aspect as well as Avaya and in building the strategy they were built to be switch independent for the most part.  In playing hold messages/music in the Avaya it is simple, just calling the VDN which has the announcement and music until an agent becomes available and then Genesys can take the call back to route to agent(Announcement interruptible).  Within the Aspect we created CCTs in similar manner however the Announcements are not interruptible, we had to use music source and create loops to support this process.

Anyone have a different method of playing hold treatments on the Aspect where the call will be pulled immediately once an agent becomes available?

TServers/URS are version 7.6
Not sure of the Aspect version.

Having the same issue - tried configuring the CCT as a route point in Genesys and using the treatment portion of the target block to call the CCT script.  I can get music treatment, but can not pull the call out of queue when an agent goes ready.  Anyone have any success with this?
