Hi!! All,

I have been testing Gene SIP Server & Omni PCX.

I have a problem that I received an error from PCX when try RetrieveCall from softphone(ActiveX).

It cannot be judged whether it is a setting of the Omni side by us.
Please give everyone's advice to me.

What version of OXE and SIP Server are you using?

Hi,

The error isn't related to RequestRetrieveCall but to the second request "RequestReleaseCall". It seems to me there is something wrong on softphone side as it sends RequestRetrieveCall followed immediately (15 msec delay) by RequestReleaseCall. Or it could case of PEBKAC (Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair) ;)
