Cti toolbar is nothing but a tool bar in agents application which has the menu like Login, Log out, etc...

Isn't the CTI Tool Bar a part of the Siebel Desktop?

But to answer the original question, irrespective of what it actually is. The desktop app need to connect to a server (Siebel Server or GAD webserver) this is turn needs to talk to T-Server (via a GPlus adaptor for Siebel) and then to the switch.

So I would want to check that all these connections exist and work. Can the agents login via the turrets? If so is the login message propagated through all the servers to the desktop?
