I think you would need to attach some data to the call (in the strategy) just before the TRoute is performed and then use the attached data to create a filter for your reporting.  You could maybe then create a new statistic based on CallDistributed with this filter applied, and use that in your report to tell you how many calls were routed to the mailbox.

If you're not confident with creating filters etc. then I suppose another way could be to create a new route point with a very simple strategy attached to it which just performs the TRoute to the mailbox.  You could fire the call from the main strategy to the mailbox via this "proxy" route point and just run a report on the proxy route point to see the same result.  Could be overkill to create a new DN just for this though...

A VRP would definitely be useful from the reporting perspective, but my (admittedly limited) understanding of them is that you do not use them for voice interactions.  Someone else may be able to clarify...?

Hi Adam_W, hi kishore

It won't help as much as you would like, but statistics on VRP were addressed on following post :
http://www.sggu.com/smf/index.php/topic,3998.msg17534.html#msg17534
I had like you questions about implementation, unfortunately did not get the answers.
You could perhaps reply to this post in the hope to get them.

People will perhaps say : just do some tests to see if it works...
Maybe, but definitely, it would be worth it to have answers in the post for the community and avoid everybody to have to do the same tests.

Regards,
