We are considering tossing out an EOL nortel switch and going with Avaya.  Any big pros/cons?

Is it as simple as installing the new t-server app?

Thanks for reading!

There are several differences and it is difficult to present a general pros/cons. It will depend greatly on your requirements too. I'd suggest you to start with Genesys T Server deployment guide for Avaya CM(?). And also there used to be one document outlining media servers and if the features are supported by Genesys or not; cannot recall now.
It is not that straightforward as just changing the T-Server.

Thanks

I have a copy of G3 Tserver cookbook, unofficial document.

Download it at the link below.
