Error 1006 means "1006 -  No free CDNs".

Is it external route? More detailed log will help.

Hi SisB,

Please find the log as an attachment
connid 00f201aef33b9708

No free CDn's? my understanding of genesys is CDN's should be able to handle any number of calls right? if no target is available it should wait in Q or target as per logic.

its not external route. its internal

Yes you are correct with your CDN understanding.
However, with this specific xfer request I see access for xfer request is specified as This DN (65647).
That is why it is getting no free error an no dial event generated. can you check the difference with the mute xfer request in connid: 00f201aef33b9715, if you are doing something differently.
