Hi guys,
For Oracle, each component of Genesys needs an Instance or a Schema? Meaning the DB for ETL, ConfigServer, ODS, etc etc.
Thanks

A schema :-)

Microsoft SQL vs Oracle

Server = instance
database=schema

Which means that you have one user/pw for every schema in Oracle.

In MSQL you can have the same user/pw for several dbs.

Hope this helps!
