OBN Issue

Hi guys,
I'm deploying an OBN server on GVP. After following each step by step I made it work one more step, however now I'm facing this problem:
OBN can receive requests and introduce them on to the DB, the process no longer crashes so frequently (due to a missconfiguration on SQL client) but still gives me this error:

Have you seen such error? What could be ORP or QM?
