ETL Tracking

Hello all,

We are currently implementing modifications on agents EmployeeIDs : they will all change and we were wondering if the ETLTracking will keep track of the relationship between the old and the new EmployeeID.
As we have Brio reports based on EmploeeID, will we need to do any changes or will there be a continuity on the statistic level ? (stats based on the former EmployeeIDs and stats based on the new EmployeeIDs)

Thanks for your help !

The stat is made for the agent, if you change the employee ID i don't think it will impact as if you change the agent name or login.

Hi Lorenzo,

ETL Tracking should cope with such change as it uses internal object id (DBID) not Employee Id. But I would highly recommend you to do some testing before doing "bulk" update.
