Agents unable to login in first attempt ,should try 3 to 5 time in Gensys NC3 Application..Plz find the below logs

What is a NC3 application? It's not a Genesys app, so please clarify.
Which switch are you using? If it's a Meridian, what type of DN is 5113? You can't log into an extension, it must be an ACD position.
