Overview:Genesys Test Engineer – Scotland – 3 month rolling contract.
Test engineer working for a Global household name, working on their new system releases and core contact centre projects.
Responsibilities include:
· Testing Genesys 7.6
· Test of SBR, SIP, GVP
· Working with the test team and engineers in actioning config changes
· Liaison with internal teams and management in assessing core system performance
Essential Skills required:
· Contact centre experience, testing of Genesys solutions
· Appreciation of the Genesys product set (experience of all products not necessary) – Inbound, Outbound, E-mail, Reporting, GVP, WFM, SIP server
· Excellent manual test appreciation – any relevant qualifications are desirable
· Excellent analysis and fault finding skills
· Excellent client facing/liaison experience
· Excellent written skills to compile reports and documents
