I am getting the below error when initiating a chat from the web api server

Failed in request to Interaction Server

Can any one tell me wht cud be the reason?

Framewrok : 7.6

    • Do you have a connection to interaction server in the connections tab of chat server? Chat server has a mandatory connection to interaction server.

    • Are your environment multi-host??
    If yes, webapi host/port can access interactionserver host/port?
    telnet it :D
