Has anybody come accross issues with Tserver and Meridian Link on an Option 11?, receiving Time out errors. I am positive it is a setting in the switch but do not know which one.

Tony,

there are quite a few timeout errors, so could you please tell me what timeout error are you talking about and when does it happen?
Does it happen when you place a call on a cdn? Or is it something that happens each time you place a request? What does TServer log say?

What version of SMLS are you currently running? We are running Option 81C with SMLS 4.0 and Genesys 6.1. We are having problems with calls default routing. What kind of symptoms are you having?
