Overview:Genesys TDA – Solution Architect – GVP and Outbound solution design – Urgent contract
Candidates must be able to work in the specified location. Start date – early/mid August 2009
Working on client site, based in
Ireland, on behalf of a specialist Genesys, BI, and WFM house.
Responsibilities include:· Technical design of the GVP and outbound/dialler aspects of this solution
· Liaison with 3rd party providers and other teams in scoping the solution architecture – including developers, other architects, engineers and management
· Taking ownership of documentation, ensuring designs meet client requirements, overseeing design through to implementation stage
· On site work in Ireland plus some weekend work
Essential Skills required:· Genesys Voice Portal (v 7.6 or 8.0) and Outbound solution design experience - Inbound, Outbound, E-mail, Reporting, GVP, WFM
· Appreciation across other Genesys products, including Inbound, Reporting, e-mail
· Leadership skills – must be able to take the lead in design of core elements of this project and communicate this to teams effectively (written and oral)
· Excellent client facing skills – 3rd parties and end user
· Well organised and be able to design, plan, and execute to strict deadlines
