Chain records in preview mode

Hello,

i'm using OCS 7.6

In our custom agent desktop, we wan't to propose all chain record (of a contact) to the agent, which choose the number to call (mobile, professionnal, home phone).

First i get a previewrecordrequest to ocs and just after a chainrecordrequest to display all the phone numbers

for example first the agent call the home phone (with interaction number 1), but the number is busy, so the agent desktop update record with call  result "busy" and custom data and then the desktop propose to call mobile or professionnal number, the agent call the mobile (with the same interaction number 1) and that's ok so the desktop update record with call  result "busy" and custom data and then it make recordprocessed.request

The problem is that the field attempt is only populate for the mobile phone and not for home phone. And ICON only collect the mobile phone call...


How does make to have populate attempt field for all the calls make in preview record (for chain records).
