Hi,

Can you please help me here,

There were 5 new ERP's created for cross geo calls but for somereasons, they are not being picked up for routing.

There are 20 ERP's in total, all the 15 are functioning as expected, but the newly created ones are having issues. Configuration wise, there is not changes and it is similar to other ERPs. When I actualy dial the ERP directly, i can get through and they are all registered to Tserver for sure.

    Hi Karthik,

As Cav already said, we cannot help with your problem unless you post log with more details (whole call flow involving new RP would be good). Without logs, we can only guess. My first guess would be strategy. Have you loaded routing strategies on those new RPs?

Thanks. Sorry if my statement was confusing, Am actualy having issues with the ERP External route points for ISCC functionality. I tried using EPN functionality and force route a call from one site to other site VIA ERP. But it failed, here below are the log snippets resulting in Error.

    Karthik,

what we are trying to tell you is that you have post the full log of your call, posting only the error message is pointless.

When you reply, then under the text field, where you type your comments is option "additional options". Click on it and additional options will expand. Post logs from both Tservers. It looks like your call is not identified when arriving on the second site by ISCC. Try to cover in your logs bad as well as good case of external routing.
