Display agent group name on ccpulse ...

Hi,

Is it possible to display the name of an agent groupe on ccpulse.
I'm working on alcatel OXE. I made filters on statserver with "loggedIn" function.

I want to display the information:
 If agent is logged on group number 87654, then display "Customer" or something else
I don't succeed to make a statistic which use my filter.

what kind of stat do I need to create?

Let me guess, you have some queues and agents logs in to those queues? And you want to know how many agents from each group is logged to certain queue?

If so you just make metric like TotalNumber - AgentLogin (DNAction).

If you send the group name with the Login request, you need to make filter for each groupname, and make one stat for each group filter..
