Hi All,
            Could any one give me the details of GWDispositions... i.e., when a call will get dropped, abondaned, SIT NoCircuit etc., in predective mode dialing..........

I'm not sure what you're after here.

The definitions of the call results you've mentioned are all in the Outbound Contact Solution documentation.

If you're after SIP result to OCS result mappings then you'll need to ask Genesys, but I've been asking for this for several months and have not been able to get a definitive answer as yet.

    You should be able to get them from your Genesys saler or Genesys support site directly.
