GVP 7.6 VCS first prompt delay
« on: August 19, 2009, 01:27:43 PM »

This is an issue for me right now.
VCS takes about 15 seconds delay after it answered a call.
I see that in the popgateway log, a call is offered and answered about 12:53:42 and it voices first prompt around 12:53:57 which is about 15 seconds later.

Any ideas?

We don't see this in GVP 6.5. It takes about 6-7 seconds to hear first prompt.

Thanks.

Looks like billing is taking 15 seconds.
Since we don't use this billing, is there an option to disable this feature?
Thanks.

Ok, I had to read fine print in the deployment guide.
With loop start, I had to use "BeforeAnswer".
