I am trying to create a new report layout in CCA Genesys Agent Group. I have 100 agent groups created in CME. but i like to create a report with 3 agent groups out of a00 agent groups. When crating the report layout, the meta group default shows "All Agent Groups". Can anybody tell me is there way to select individual agent grup from the list in "Metadata Group" field.

CCA Version: 6.1

Thanks in advance. Please let me know if anybody knows the answer ASAP

I know what you mean. I am experiencing a similar problem.
I can see Meta group but I cannot see any groups in a right window.

I found that one of the ways of fixing it is by adding a virtual group. After that you can see all the agent groups in a right window.

The way I did it is by adding a new group in cme, called "virtual group"
In the annex field (You need to click "Show Annex" under View>Options ) create a section called "virtual". In there, add "script" and set it to some skill like: Skill("Spanish")>0

After that, if you restart your DMA, and try to create a new report layout, you will see everything.
I think this is a big bug with DMA; however, I am not sure.

Kim,

in CCADMA help it says:
Note: The user cannot assign a specific set of objects to a Report Layout. The user, for example, may not assign two specific agents to an agent layout. The standard process requires that the user create a group containing the required objects in Configuration Manager and then assign this group to the Report Layout.

In other words, you CANNOT choose a particular group. Filtering at the end would probably do the trick, but I wish there was something better than that.

  • Thanks for ur feedback !!!

Genesys confirmed that we cant choose group in a group A group inside a group (thats what Metagroup is).

They will take care in future release.

As Vic had said only filters can take care at the end.

    Thanks
