QINFO table only showing events on RP not VQ

Hi all,
Just looking at building a little report using the QINFO statserver table, and it appears that the only type of object the QINFO reports on is route point?  We are using VQs and the calls are definitely routing via the VQ, as I have monitored the VQ in CCP.  However when I look at the QINFO, table, it only shows calls against the external route points the call gets delivered to en route to the agent.

I thought from the docs that it would record all activity about a call from all involved mediation DNs?  Is this normal, or is there some other routing or configuration adjustments needed to allow me to see VQ info in the QINFO table?

Any advice appreciated  ;D

Virtual Queue is only for Statistical Purposes, doesn't do any routing. So you will not be able to get such data in QInfo table.

Hi Cavagnaro,
Thanks for this, I assumed that as we use the "Use VQ" check box in the target nodes in routing that they would somehow be monitored for this interaction.

VQ doesn't do any routing, they just look what happens in the strategy and according to that they provide like individual info for each target, apart from that they do nothing.

SJ:

not having VQ in QUINFO is silly, I know! In fact, it is ridiculous. But, it is not the end of the world, because since VQs are assigned to particular strategies, and particular strategies are assigned to particular RPs, you can easily retrieve the info you need by combining QINFO->GCDR->SCDR tables. Start by looking at RP in QINFO, or work yourself back by retrieving it from SCDR LOCQUEUE field.

One way I go about getting it RIGHT_AWAY is by setting EVREFEX table to capture attach-data generated by URS when call leaves the queue, which includes VQ and Skill used and then join it with QINFO for other info.

What are you trying to do?

Vic,

SJ is talking about StatServer's tables (QINFO, STATUS etc.) and not about CallConcentrator's tables...
