Agent Logout when Genesys Communication Server Switch over

Hello,

We have Siebel 8.0 with GPLUS 7.5.00.38 and we have one problem. When the primary Genesys Communication Server falls and the backup Server becomes primary, the agents logout automatically so they have to login manually with Siebel communications toolbar.

Anyone knows if it's possible to avoid the logout or force the login automatically when the service is recreated?

Hi, I do not know if this works, but try to setup your communication profile with attribute AutoLogout = false.
