we have configured Gplus Adapter 7.6 with microsoft CRM .a CRM url is popup for both inbound and outgoing call ..customer data is populated for inbound call through IRD.we want to data populate for outbound call also
1 .i dont undrstand how
2 second option CRM team want to pop their url only for inbound call not for outbound call..if this is possible the CRM team popup customer data by their end..

any suggestion please

By using the option [i]create-call-types[/i] in section [i]screenpop-new-entity[/i] you can tell for which calls that CRM needs to create an entity in MS CRM. With the option [i]pop-call-types[/i] in the same section, you can tell for which call types that a pop-up should be generated. If you set both values to: "Internal.In, External.In, Unknown.In, Consult.In" then it will create an entity and pop only for inbound calls.

I have no experience with outbound nor have I got the software, so I can't help you with outbound, however, it would look clear to me that you should attach the correct data to the call. The GPlus adapter gets the values from the userdata of the call, so try attaching the correct values to the correct keys and I'm rather sure that it will work.

I have tried this to change the create-call-types and pop-call-types options only for inbound even i have configured both to Null but still url is pop up...

Actually url is popup from "screenpop-url" option in section and this url is open for both inbound and outbound call , want to not open for outbound calls...
