Disabled Template Wizard in CCPulse

Hi all,

We are currently implementing routing using G6.1/Definity G3 and there is strange thing: Template Wizard in CCPulse is disabled...
Maybe someone have an idea why, and could provide any solution/explanation/workaround?

  • In the CME for the Person, you need the add the Administrator rank for the CCPulse. Looks like you have set in the user rank.

    ooops!

    anyway a couple of things to check....
    1. Did you install/copy the templates when installing ccp?
    2. Have you assigned the admin rank to the user trying to run ccp?
