Help!!!!

We have recently upgraded our 5.1 suite to 6.1 and are having problems with OCS using Progressive dialling. The problem has been narrowed down to us having to put a "9" in front of every customer telephone number in the calling list. In 5.1 there was an option "public_network_access_code" which is obsolete in 6.1. How has everyone got around this? or are you putting a "9" in front of all of your telephone numbers or is there a new option we can use?

Cheers
Mark

  • Just a quick note to say that we have overcome this obstacle by reverting to 5.1 Outbound and will wait until 6.5 OCS is stable as this has the functionality returned to it.

    Mark,

I made a migration from 5.1 to 6.1 and we expected the same problem, but the solution was to put the acces code or in your case the number "9" in the list because like you said the option that exist in the 5.1 version was removed!!!...

Also i was needing to make a pause in the dailing number so i have to put a (,) in the list. what you should do is in the options of OCManager put this:

    [OCManager]
    Phone Number=^[09,","]+$

    I hope this help
