Dialogic Port Status

Hi we have a setup with 4 dialogic cards (intel SR5.1.1) with 30 ports each using VTO.

So in total we have 120 ports. The strange thing is 3 of the cards work fine 90 ports, but one card when ever we call a port we just get silence.

I have checked the status in CCP and you can see when we call the port its in status call inbound. I have checked the config and all the ports are setup the same VTO Port - Place - Place Group.

So i suspect that the issue lies on the card or on the PBX setup (at which i become stuck). Is there any way/tool to check if the ports are working correctly outside of Genesys?

I have the feeling that the card isnt working (hardware error) but the PBX config is wrong. Either way i would like to be able to test this or be sure that the error is not on Genesys side.

Hope u can help Michael

There is voice demo program when you install dialogic.
Open a channel on the port that you are having a problem with and try to make some calls.
There is castrace for T1 but not sure for E1 to trace it.

It sounds like you have configured the ports on the switch, but have you associated them to channels within the VTO application under the channels section?
