ops, you right - the right value of couze "publish". The point of use this option - gave the T-lib client, like the GAD, the event about change the SIP client status. Otherwise we can got the issues then is SIP client down but the t-lib client is up and inform URS as 'ready' to take next call.

The logs show "bad gateway error 508"

The agents use their hard phone not the Genesys soft phone. We think that it is when they are using the phone for outbounding (when they do this they bypass Genesys and use the switch) and Genesys tries to route a call to them only to find out they are busy.

But when they go not monitored there could be anywhere drom 2 to 50 places all affected withing 1 minute of each other so we ruled out the above.

We have put in an option so that it is easier for us to make them monitored again (just disable then enable the extension rather than having to rebuild them)
