I need help in using the multimedia stats
e.g I am trying to use the stat Chat_Total_Answered as follows
AggregationType -Total
Category - JavaCategory
JavaSubCategory - eServiceInteractionStat.jar.GCHR.TotalAnswered
Object Type -Tenant
In The stat server i see

Do not see any error in the logs but still am unable to check these stats in CCPulse
